Combat Weapon Shelving Specifications <br />Manufacturer Vital Valt <br />Physical Dimensions 84” H x 30/36” W x 15.2/27.9” D <br />Weapon Shelving consists of two uprights, 3 cross bars bolted into <br />uprights and fully slotted back panels bolted into cross bars for <br />stability. <br />Color Weapon Shelving must be powder coated using standard paint <br />colors. <br />Rack Accessory <br />Adjustability <br />The back panel of the weapon shelving must be fully slotted for <br />individual adjustability of components within the rack on 1” vertical <br />increments. <br />All rifles must receive an individually adjustable barrel saddle on 1” <br />vertical increments. Shared barrel saddles are not permissible due to <br />the wide range of inventory to be stored. Weapon shelving must be <br />slotted to store weapons with optics attached to the top, bottom <br />and/or side. Weapons must be stored vertically and laterally for <br />optimal storage & retrieval as well as inventory purposes. Front to <br />back storage of weapons inside the rack is unacceptable. <br />Obstructions There shall be no obstructions from removing a weapon out of the <br />shelving including shelving posts/uprights/gussets. <br />Assembly Weapon shelving must have anchor brackets to secure shelving to <br />wall and/or floor. Weapon shelving must have factory installed <br />adjustable levelers for leveling shelving on uneven floors. <br />Weapon shelving must include 3 full width bolted cross bars which <br />reinforces the back panel of the shelving to minimize the sway of <br />weight being loaded to the back panels. Cross bars are to be <br />minimum 14 gauge folded steel with end plates of a minimum 9 <br />gauge steel. <br />Factory Weapon shelving manufacturer must be ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14000 <br />& OHSAS 18000 certified <br />Warranty 5 year manufacturer warranty.
