COMMISSIONER JACKSON <br /> asked if they do proceed and it is against the current <br /> administrations order would this affect Kittitas County economic <br /> stability. LONG RANGE PLANNER JOHNSTON stated this is a <br /> possibility but it is included in the update as it was submitted <br /> by CWU. <br /> Discussion occurred regarding contingency plans if funding does <br /> not come through. COMMISSIONER DENEEN stated that Sewer District <br /> 8 is in the process of doing new sewer plans and is not included <br /> in this CIP update . LONG RANGE PLANNER JOHNSTON stated he would <br /> look at his list and see if they were included in the contacting <br /> list . <br /> COMMISSIONER DENEEN moved to include information from Sewer <br /> District 8 in the Capitol Improvement Plan. COMISSIONER JACKSON <br /> seconded. Discussion - none . Discussion - Planning <br /> Commissioners recognize that Sewer District 8 should be included <br /> in the CIP plan update . COMMISSIONER JACKSON stated that it <br /> should be mentioned that if CWU loses federal funds that could <br /> impact Kittitas County' s economy. He stated that we are currently going through <br /> a Critical Areas update and it has been under appeal . Kittitas <br /> County and the Yakima Nation have reached an agreement and we <br /> will be requesting a public hearing in front of the Board of <br /> County Commissioners with the proposed changes to the critical <br /> 2025-6-10 MINUTES 2 <br />
