Budget must be approved by the VSP Workgroup prior to <br /> submission. Subtasks listed below are examples and may be modified as needed. <br /> If COUNTY updates or revises their budget after submission to SCC, COUNTY must submit <br /> a copy of the new budget to SCC. <br /> Outcome 1 Operating $290,000 <br /> Outcome 1 subtasks <br /> Monitoring Description if needed $ <br /> Cost Share $ <br /> DIP $ <br /> Equipment <br /> Salaries, Benefits, Overhead <br /> Travel <br /> Training and Meetings <br /> Goods and Services <br /> TOTAL (will match $ <br /> Outcome 1 Operating <br /> above) <br /> Per Scope of Work Section G, COUNTY will provide to the COMMISSION's VSP Contract <br /> Manager, an Operating budget designed to ensure all requirements related to VSP <br /> implementation are accounted for during the performance of this agreement, and to ensure <br /> that the two year and five-year reporting requirements will be met. <br /> Budget should include Outcome 1 as listed above and provide tasks beneath Outcome 1 as <br /> appropriate, including Cost share and DIP if the COUNTY intends to use Operating funds <br /> for these tasks. <br /> Capital Budget to be Amended upon subsequent awards <br /> If COUNTY is awarded capital funds, subsequent capital awards will be included in an <br /> Amendment to this Contract. Amendments will identify each new award with a new <br /> Outcome.
