The DISTRICT will implement any Watershed Group approved cost share project or DIP consistent <br /> with the Conservation Commission requirements as stated in the SCC Grant and Contract <br /> Procedure Manual. <br /> D. The DISTRICT agrees that VSP cost-share projects funded using any amount of COMMISSION <br /> VSP funds shall be reported in the Conservation Practices Database System (CPDS). <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. DISTRICT will provide all Conservation Commission required documents to the COUNTY along <br /> with any reimbursement request that includes cost share project or DIP expenses. <br /> 3.
