3 <br />External Email <br />Good Morning, <br /> <br />It was great to chat with you both this morning. I am following up on our conversation about parcel # 20202. The <br />county GIS shows a Type Ns stream on this parcel and becoming a Type F stream below this parcel at SR 903. This <br />Type Ns is showing up on parcel 12065 as well. Both parcels are a part of the Roslyn Ridge West PUD (PD-24- <br />00001). I am reviewing the first phase of the development, a long plat. I have attached the email from Cassandra <br />that I referenced. I am comfortable with the content of the email as it pertains to the parcel referenced (963897).
