There are two seasonal streams on parcel 12065 that are not fish bearing streams. These streams are <br />ulƟmately consolidated and flow south easterly around the exisƟng development. While onsite, I observed the potenƟal <br />for some hydrology seasonally, but no defined stream channel on parcel 20202. I think this is a case of the stream maps <br />not matching the condiƟons on the ground. I hope this helps provide the clarity you’re looking for.
