EXHIBIT M
-- Statement regarding drainage on parcel 20202.:
Last spring on or about May 23, 202A, Laura Hinkle and I met with Jennifer Nelson from
Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife to review the property within the
proposed Roslyn Ridge West Planned Unit Development. The Compas Map shown below
shows that there is a Type 4 Seasonal Non fish bearing drainage on the property. We
walked the property and there is no defined drainage in many places on the property.
Jennifer agreed with this.
Washington State Code Classifies this type of water way as:" (4) "Type 4 Water" means
all segments of natural waters within the bankfull width of defined channels that
are perennial nonfish habitat streams. Perennial streams are flowing waters that do
not go dry any time of a year of normal rainfall and include the intermittent dry
portions of the perennial channel below the uppermost point of perennial flow."
The area marked on the county Compas map shows a ditch line that in many places
is not defined.
I2DI934
772594 963299
903W
963896
:tat
20M
y B421P201-202
646"n13-11e 2(
20190
201M
20188
SWEFA
'`, ly4r,Mp Ritye a,iY.vs
3BD9:i 9fi0T7B
ZAI 960955 toot :Met 960940 a
By Pat Deneen, Blue Jay Land Company
