Reimbursement requests for administrative costs must include staff name, position, hourly rate, <br />hours worked, and work completed. <br />This contract is supported with funding from Washington's Climate Commitment Act and funded must satisfy the requirements <br />of directive 24-01, detailed in the Agreement Specific Terms and Conditions. <br />Task Goal Statement: <br />Collaborate with the Ellensburg community to design criteria air pollution emissions reduction strategies. <br />Task Expected Outcome: <br />Community -Driven Solutions: Residents will co -create criteria air pollution emission reduction projects aligned with local <br />priorities. Reduced Emissions: The projects designed will reduce key criteria air pollutants and improve air quality. <br />Recipient Task Coordinator: Recipient Grant Manager <br />Deliverables <br />Number <br />Description <br />Due Date <br />3.1 <br />RECIPIENT will submit workshop materials and summary of community <br />collaboration. <br />3.2 <br />RECIPIENT will submit draft plan(s) for criteria air pollution emissions <br />reduction strategies and incorporate Ecology's input. These plan(s) must <br />include: <br />• Which criteria air pollutant(s), including pollutants of concern, will be <br />reduced <br />• How criteria air pollutant(s) will be reduced <br />• Impact of criteria air pollutant(s) reductions, including geographic <br />impact <br />• Incorporation of community input <br />This must be done before receiving reimbursement for finalizing <br />strategies. <br />3.3 <br />RECIPIENT will submit final plan(s) for criteria air pollution emissions <br />reduction strategies, including: <br />• Which criteria air pollutant(s), including pollutants of concern, will be <br />reduced <br />• How criteria air pollutant(s) will be reduced <br />• Impact of criteria air pollutant(s) reductions, including geographic <br />impact <br />• Incorporation of community input <br />• Proof that CCA branding requirements under directive 24-01 are <br />satisfied <br />Template Version 10/30/2015 <br />
