JUNE 17, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Wright and <br />Commissioner Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, Office <br />Administrator; Arden Thomas, Water Resource Program Manager, Devin <br />Duncan, Law Enforcement Clerk; Zach Torrence-Smith, Planner I; Jamey <br />Ayling, Planning Manager; Darren Higashiyama, Chief Deputy; Cori McKean, <br />Chief Deputy Coroner; Cameron Curtis, Engineer; Chelsey Loeffers, Public <br />Health Director; Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director; Stephanie <br />Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Miko Tempski, Deputy Prosecutor <br />III; and approximately 11 members of the public. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor, introduced Miko <br />Tempski as their new Deputy Prosecutor III. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATIONS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION COLTON MAGRUDER DAY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve a Proclamation declaring “Colton <br />Magruder” Day in Kittitas County, to be held on June 20, 2025, in <br />recognition for being the WIAA 2A Track & Field State Champion in the <br />100m and 200m events. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded.
