Meeting called to order at 10:02 AM <br /> 2. Introductions: N/A <br /> 3. Citizen Comments: N/A <br /> 4. Review Agenda and Meeting Format <br /> Robin Read provided the group with a quick overview of how the facilitated meeting will look. <br /> Brittany Bouchouari gave insight into how the current 5-year plan draft goals, objectives and <br /> strategies were developed. She shared that the goals are from the State plan requirements, but <br /> that objectives and strategies are more flexible. <br /> 5. Review Drafts <br /> The group reviewed the current draft goals, objectives and strategies to inform the upcoming <br /> discussion. <br /> 6. Feedback Stations <br /> Due to small group size,the committee performed the exercises together instead of breaking <br /> into multiple stations. <br /> 7. Review Results <br /> Robin read asked the committee to answer the following questions for each of the draft goals, <br /> objectives, and strategies: <br /> • Will these help us to accomplish the goals? <br /> • Will there be leadership support? <br /> • Are they realistic/achievable? <br /> • Do the measures make sense? <br /> 1 <br />
