Meeting called to order at 10:01 AM <br /> 2. Introductions: All meeting participants introduced themselves. <br /> 3. Citizen Comments: N/A <br /> 4. Review Agenda and Meeting Format <br /> Robin Read provided the group with a quick overview of how the facilitated meeting will look. <br /> Lily Frey gave insight into how the current 5-year plan draft mission,vision and guiding principles <br /> were developed. She noted that they want to ensure the plan aligns with the state plan, <br /> committee processes, and helps to guide future decisions. <br /> 5. Review Draft Statements and Values <br /> The group reviewed the current draft statements and values to inform the upcoming discussion. <br /> 6. Initial Reactions to Each <br /> Robin Read asked the group for initial reactions. <br /> 7. Feedback Stations <br /> Due to small group size,the committee performed the exercises together instead of breaking <br /> into multiple stations. <br /> S.
