Waiver of any default or breach shall not be deemed to be a waiver of <br />any subsequent default or breach. If any term or condition of this Agreement is <br />held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the other teruns or conditions of this <br />Agreernent. <br />NONCOMPLIANCE WITH NONDISCRTMINATION LAWSl. Nondiscrimination Requirement, n*Uungfhg LeIm dthis_cg$tlAGt,-QgNTBAQIgR, <br />including any subcontractor, shall not disoriminate on the bases enumerated at <br />RCW 49.69.530(l). In addition, CONTRACTOR, including any subcontractor, shall give <br />written notice of this nondiscrimination requirement to any labor organizations with <br />which CONTRACTOR, or subcontractor, has a collective bargaining or other agreement. <br />2. Obligation to Cooperate. CONTRACTOR, including any subcontractor, shall cooperate <br />and comply with any Washington state agency investigation regarding any allegation that <br />CONTRACTOR, including any subcontractor, has engaged in discrimination prohibited <br />by this contract pursuant to RCW 49.60.530(3), <br />3. Default. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, DNR may suspend <br />CONTMCTOR, inoluding any subcontractor, upon notice of a failure to participate and <br />cooperate with any state agency investigation into alleged discrimination prnhibited by <br />this contractr pursuont to RCW 49.60.530(3).
