Sustainabillty: Describe your ability, etperience, and resorirces to implement and <br />sustain the project during the term of the project, (250 words max.) <br />Hope5ource has owned and operated over 500 affordable housing units throughout Central <br />Washington, has developed 26 units, and wlll deliver anothet 49 units By May 31rt 2021. All <br />proiects have maintained their affordability over the years, are lully funded, and have sufficlent <br />operating re5erves to malntein the structures and serve the populations as lntended. <br />HopeSource linancial controls include adherence to Flscal Policies supported by OMB Circular <br />requlrements and accounting practices. HopeSource is annually audited by an external account <br />and has received 12 consecutive years ofclean audits. Hopesource uses the Ablla MIP fund <br />accounting financial management system, which is a comprehenslve, configurable solution that <br />enables staff to make better financial decisions, execute ftnancial mansgement with greater <br />precision, and better track, report, and manage finances across the entire organization. <br />10
