AMENDMENT NO. 3 <br />to the <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEM ENT <br />between HOPESOURCE and KITTITAS COUNTY <br />dated Juty 15, 2021 - December 31,2O26 <br />For <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (Gte Elum New Buitd) <br />It is agreed upon by both parties that this agreement wit[ hereby be amended to the <br />fottowing: <br />The fottowing compensation [anguage and procedures now reptace atl language found <br />in Section 3.1: <br />As ful,t compensation for the satisfactory performance of the work, the County shatl pay the <br />Contractor com pensation of $750,000. <br />Attowabte direct expenses inctude, but are not [imited to, sataries, wages, benefits, direct <br />ctient services, promotion, outreach activities, suppties, professionaI devetopment and <br />training, travet, equipment, and subcontracts. At[ expenses must be necessary and directty <br />retated to the scope of work as outtined in Articte ll - Grant Amount, Use and Budget. <br />Contractor witl refer to their approved budget document submitted through the funding <br />request process for [ine-item expenses. Any changes or updates to the budget must be <br />approved by Kittitas County through the appointed contract manager in advance of the <br />expenditure, in writing. <br />Al,Lowabte Program Poot Support expenses must be expenses that are incurred white <br />directty supporting the scope of work as outtined in Articte ll - Grant Amount, Use and <br />Budget. Genera[ operations costs that do not directty support the scope of work as outlined <br />in Articte ll - Grant Amount, Use and Budget are not considered attowabte as Program Poo[ <br />Support costs. <br />Administrative/indirect costs are [imited to expenses incurred for common or joint purposes <br />and in support of atl programs. These costs inctude, but are not [imited to, sataries for <br />administrative staff time, utitities, buil,ding rent and maintenance, tetephone and internet <br />service, and other such expenses that are necessary to support the contractor as a whole
