Ordinance 2025- <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties believe that the amended Ordinance is in the best interests of their <br />respective clients and also complies with the requirements set forth in the Growth <br />Management Act; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 9, 2025, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners, hereby <br />acknowledged the settlement agreement and directed the Community Development <br />Services Department to initiate the next steps for formal approval of the amended <br />Ordinance by adopting Resolution 2025-118; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 1, 2025, and the public was provided due notice <br />and opportunity to provide testimony on the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS: <br /> <br />The Commission hereby finds that the review and evaluation required by the Growth <br />Management Act, as set forth in RCW 36.70A, have occurred, as described in the recitals <br />above. Kittitas County Code Title 17A is hereby amended to read as set forth in <br />Exhibit A attached to this Ordinance and incorporated herein by the reference.
