Coverage limits not less than: <br /> i. $1,000,000 each accident <br /> ii. $1,000,000 disease—policy limit <br /> iii. $1,000,000 disease—each employee <br /> 3) Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance. <br /> a. Liability for owned, non-owned, hired, and leased vehicles,with an MCS 90 <br /> endorsement and a CA 9946 endorsement attached if'pollutants' are to be transported. <br /> b.
