Meeting called to order at 1:04 PM <br /> 2. Citizen Comments: N/A <br /> 3. Approval of Minutes: <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE MINUTES FROM APRIL 2025: Michael Karraker moved to approve the <br /> March minutes. Doug Fessler second. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 4. Other Business <br /> RFP Update: <br /> Emma Madland and Kasey Knutson provided an update on the RFP timeline.They shared that <br /> the documents are in process and still on track to be published at the end of June. Pamela <br /> Tuggle-Miles asked about definitions surrounding new and expanded projects. Kasey noted that <br /> she is already looking into this and will provide clarification soon. <br /> Reporting Update: <br /> Emma Madland discussed the reports shared withing the meeting packet and how the Human <br /> Services Division is working to get more consistency in future RFP cycles. Doug Fessler asked <br /> about ways to make the reporting more consistent with the RFP scoring matrix to track progress. <br /> The group would like quarterly reports to be sent to them upon delivery as well as compiled for <br /> review before the following meeting. <br /> 1 <br />
