GENERAL INFORMATION <br />Requested Action: Louise McAllister Trust, Applicant is requesting a preliminary Plat Minor Amendment to the <br />Conditionally approved McAllister Summit Long Plat. The purpose of the amendment is to document minor <br />changes to the McAllister Summit Long Plat (LP-23-000003), Which includes the reduction to the number of Lots <br />from eight (8) to five (5) and road layout. The Hearing Examiner approved the plat with a recommendation with <br />conditions of approval on November 11, 2023. The applicant has requested a plat amendment to reduce the <br />number of lots in order to reduce the required road width for the project. <br />The proposal includes 5 residential lots ranging in size from 0.31 acres to 8.8 acres. The subject properties are <br />currently zoned LAMIRD Type 1 - Residential with a L AI12IRD land use designation. <br />Location: Two tax parcels (707835 and 747835) located approximately .25 miles southeast of the intersection of <br />Yellowstone Rd and I-90, off Yellowstone Rd in Section 9, Township 22, Range 11, W.M.; Kittitas County. The <br />properties bear Kittitas County Map numbers 22-11-09011-0001 and 22-11-09011-0005. <br />H.
