This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). An award notice will be posted on the Contract <br />Opportunities website located at www.sam.gov upon award. The award notice will include the awardee’s <br />name and address and total award amount. <br />L.1.1 Electronic Submission. Electronic quotation will not be accepted through: www.fedconnect.net. The <br />quotation shall be electronically submitted via email to blm_or_so_952_mail@blm.gov. <br />L.1.2 Requests for Information. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Tiffany <br />Eslinger via e-mail to teslinger@blm.gov and blm_or_so_952_mail@blm.gov by June 3, 2025 at 1:00pm <br />Pacific Time. <br />L.2.0 QUOTATION INSTRUCTIONS. The quotation shall be submitted in two parts consisting of a price <br />section. <br />L.2.1 FORMAT AND CONTENT OF PRICE SECTION <br />L.2.2.1 Submit the completed Standard Form 1449 and all acknowledged amendments, if any. <br />L.2.2.2 Evaluation Factor, Price. The Offeror shall remit a completed price schedule (Section B). The Respondent <br />shall enter unit price and extended total for each item listed in Section B. The price shall include all <br />necessary supervision, management, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, any other direct incidental <br />costs, overhead and profit, unless the cost is expressly identified as a separately priced contract line item. <br />L.2.2.3 The Respondent shall complete and submit all applicable Representations, Certifications and Other <br />Statements of Offerors.
