KELLER SUPPLY <br />COMPANY <br />Terms and Conditions <br />Special order and Return Policy <br />-Special order items require payment in full at the time of your order and are <br />subject to a 25* restocking fee if canceled or returned. <br />-Returned goods must be in original packaging and in condition to be resold. <br />-Specialty/Custom fabricated items may not be canceled or returned. <br />-Material returned may be subject to 25% handling charge. <br />-SPECIAL ORDER MATERIAL NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN. <br />-CLAIMS FOR BREAKAGE, SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE MUST BE FILED WITH CARRIER. <br />Delivery options <br />-Truck deliveries are available for most locations. Please ask your sales <br />associate for more information. <br />-Please schedule delivery with a minimum (3) days notice. <br />-We will deliver the material at ground level as close to the residence <br />as access allows. <br />-Smaller items may be shipped via UPS directly to your home or business <br />when requested. <br />-shipping costs may be added to your invoice. <br />-Carrier is responsible for goods broken or lost in transit. <br />Pricing and Warranties <br />-No discounts allowed on sales tax or federal excise tax and freight charges. <br />-All claims of pricing errors must be reported within 30 days of receipt of <br />invoice otherwise any and all claims will be waived. <br />-Material Safety Data Sheets available upon written request. <br />NOTICE OF KELLER SUPPLY CO. DISCLAIMING WARRANTIES: <br />"The only warranties applying to items sold by Keller Supply Co. are those <br />which are offered by the manufacturer, Keller Supply Co. hereby expressly <br />disclaims all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular <br />purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any <br />liability in connection with the sale of any items. Keller Supply Co. shall <br />not be responsible to the buyer for any consequential damages, damages to <br />property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, <br />or any other incidental damages." <br />Credit Customers <br />-Discounts allowed only as shown according to terms: <br />-Terms: Net 25th <br />-Delinquent accounts: A monthly service charge of 1.5% of the outstanding <br />balance will be charged on past due accounts. <br />-No credit will be issued for goods returned without our permission <br />and a restocking charge may be made. <br />Invoice number must accompany returned goods. <br />-The prices and costs quoted in any proposal, agreement, or invoice are based <br />on the current tariff rates, duties, taxes, and applicable regulations as of <br />the date of issuance. In the event of any changes in tariffs, import/export <br />duties, taxes, or other regulatory measures that impact the cost of goods, <br />materials, or services, Keller Supply reserves the right to adjust pricing <br />accordingly. <br />
