7. Full Force and Effect. <br />Except as otherwise provided in this Amendment, all other terms and provisions of the <br />Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />S. Counterparts; Signatures. <br />This Amendment may be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an <br />original, but all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement.
