At 2:LO p.m. CHAIRMAIiI OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />equipment surplus to Kittitas County's needs and authorLze disposal <br />of the same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br />CAI{ERON CtRTfS, COUNTY ENGINEER, reviewed a Staff Report and stated <br />that they woufd like to put the following equipment up for surplus <br />to the County's needs EQ#21I 2010 John Deere 112G Motor Grader <br />VIN#1DW772GXHAo633219. He stated that the equipment replacement was <br />covered by Publ-ic Works funds in 2025. <br />THERE BEING NO PUBLIC <br />PI'BLIC PORTION OF THE <br />IN ATTENDAI{CE REQT'ESTING TO TESTIFY, THE <br />HEARING VIAS CLOSED. <br />RESOLUTTON 2025-110 STTRPLUS EQ #2L7 PUBLIC WORKS <br />VICE-CHAIRMAIiI I{RIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2025-110, To <br />Declare Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund Equipment Surplus to the <br />County's needs and Authoraze Disposal.
