PrevaitingWage: The Contractor shalL pay the prevaiting rate of wages to att workers, laborers, or mechanics emptoyed in the performance of any part of the work in accordance with RCW 39'1 2 and the rutes and regutations of the Department of Labor and lndustries. The scheduLe of prevaiting wages rates for the tocatity or locatities of the Work is determined by the lndustriat Statistician of the Department of Labor and lndustries' lt is the Contractor's responsibitity to verify the appticabte prevail,ing wage rate. lt is understood that the Contractor is responsibte for obtaining and compteting aLt required government forms and submitting same to the proper authorities. Disputes regarding prevailing wage rates shatL be referred for arbitration to the Director of the Department of Labor and lndustries. The arbitration decision shati be finat and conctusive and binding on att parties invol.ved in the dispute as provided for by RCW 39.i 2.060. 3 2.
