1. Scope of Conlraclors-ieldcesr Contractor agrees to provide to the County seruices and any materiats set forth in the project narrative identified in Exhibit "A" during the Agreement period' No materiat' [abor' or facitities wiLt be f urnished by the County, unless otherwise provided for in the Agreement' GENERAL CONDITIONS "Additional lnSured's" means the County, its successorS and assigns' and the respective directors, officers, emptoyees, agents and representatives of the County and its successors and assigns' "SUpport" means the fOll.owing: Contractor's directOrS, officers, emptoyees' agents and representatives; and sub-contractors of any tier; the respective directors, officers, emptoyees, agents and representatives of these sub- contractors of any tier; and any other person or entity acting under the direction or control of, or on behal,f of, contractor or any contractor's sub- Contractors of any tier in connection with or incident to the performance of the Work or this Agreement. Where Exhibit "B'' requires payments by the County, payment shatl be based upon bittings, suppofted untess otherwise provided in Exhibit "B", bY documentation of units of work actuatty performed and amounts earned, includingwhere appropriate' the actua[ number of days worked each month, total number of hours for the month, and the total dotlar payment requested.
