AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />to the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT PHMH-001 <br />between Boys & Girts Gtub of the Gotumbia Basin and KITTITAS COUNTY <br />dated 01 I 01 I 2025 - 121 31 I 2026 <br />For <br />The addition of the fottowing statement under Exhibit B, Compensation, which <br />includes the following statement: <br />Attowabte direct expenses inctude, but are not timited to, salaries, wages, benefits, direct <br />ctient services, promotion, outreach activities, suppties, professionatdevetopment and <br />training, travet, equipment, and subcontracts. Att expenses must be necessary and directty <br />retated to the scope of work as outtined in Exhibit A.
