AMENDMENT NO.1 <br />to the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT PHMH.OO2 <br />between Gomprehensive Healthcare and KITTITAS COUNTY <br />dated 01 I 01 I 2025 - 12131 12026 <br />For <br />The addition of the following statement under Exhibit B, Gompensation, which <br />includes the fotlowing statement: <br />Attowabte direct expenses include, but are not timited to, sataries, wages, benefits, direct <br />ctient services, promotion, outreach activities, supplies, professionaI devetopment and <br />training, travet, equipment, and subcontracts. At[ expenses must be necessary and directty <br />retated to the scope of work as outtined in Exhibit A.
