Where Exhibit "8" requires payments by the County, payment shaLt be based upon bil.tings, supported untess otherwise provided in Exhibit "B", by documentation of units of work actuatl.y performed and amounts earned, inctuding where appropriate, the actua[ number of days worked each month, total number of hours for the month, and the total dottar payment requested. Unless specificatl,y stated in Exhibit "B" or approved in writing in advance by the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners, the County wiLL not reimburse the Contractor for any costs or expenses incurred bythe contractor in performance of this Agreement' Where required, the County shatl, upon receipt of appropriate documentation, compensate the Contractor, no more often than monthLy, through the County voucher system' for the Contractor'S Service pursuant to the fee schedute set forth in Exhibit "B"' Kittitas County ProfessionaI Services Agreement Page 4 of 20
