Prsvsiling]dage: The Contractor shalt pay the prevaiting rate of wages to att workers, [abofers, or mechanics emptoyed in the performance of any part of the Work in accordance with RCW 39'1 2 and the rules and regul,ations of the Department of Labor and lndustries. The schedute of prevail.ing wages rates for the tocatity or tocatities of the Work is determined by the lndustriat Statistician of the Department of Labor and lndustries. lt is the Contractor's responsibil.ity to verify the appticabte prevaiting wage rate. lt is understood that the Contractor is responsibl.e for obtaining and compLeting att required government forms and submitting same to the proper authorities' Disputes regarding prevaiting wage rates shaLl be referred for arbitration to the Director of the Department of Labor and lndustries. The arbitration decision shalt be final and conctusive and binding on att parties invo[ved in the dispute as provided for by RCW 39.12.060. 32.
