GENERAL CONDITIONS 1 . ScoBeot Contractor's $erviqes: Contractor agrees to provide to the County seruices and any materiats set forth in the project narrative identified in Exhibit "A" duringthe Agreement period. "SUpport" meAns the fOtl.owing: Contractor's directorS, officers, emptoyees, agents and representatives; and sub-contractors of any tier; the respective directors, officers, emptoyees, agents and representatives of these sub- contractors of any tier; and any other person or entity acting under the direction or controI of, or on behatf of, contractor or any contractor's stlb- contractors of any tier in connection with or incident to the performance of the Work or this ASreement. Aceounting wices: payment to the Contractor for services rendered under this Agreement shatt be as set {orth in Exhibit "B". Where Exhibit "B" requires payments by the County, payment shal'l be based upon bittings, supported untess otheruyise provided in Exhibit "B", bY documentation of units of work actuatty performed and amOunts earned, inctudingwhere appropriate' the actuat number of days worked each month, total number of hours for the month, and the total doltar payment requested.
