PROFESSIONAL S ERVICES AGREEM ENT <br />Between <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />and <br />Etlensburg Schoo[ District <br />For <br />Providing Mentat Heatth services to the students at Ettensburg school District <br />This Agreement is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") and <br />El.tensburg Schoot District (hereinafter "Contractor").
