The presentation will include how her own position <br /> as KCPHD's Regional Medical Officer,has been eliminated. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> DOH is KCPHD's primary partner in the statewide public health system. We receive both federal <br /> pass through and state funded revenue and grants,in addition to technical assistance,program <br /> guidance,rule and policy implementation,and other forms of support.
