(1)Minor Boundary Line Adjustments. <br /> Minor boundary line adjustments are those that do not result in an increase in the number <br /> of buildable parcels and do not significantly alter the size,shape or configuration of the <br /> parcels involved. Such adjustments may include,but are not limited to,resolution of <br /> boundary disputes,correction of survey errors,or improvements to access or site design. <br /> Minor boundary line adjustments shall be exempt from the requirements of recorded site <br /> evaluations and proof of adequate water supply under this section. <br /> (2)Substantive Boundary Line Adjustments Formatted:Font:Bold <br /> Substantive boundary line adjustments are those that result in a substantial change to the <br /> size,shape or configuration of one or more parcels,including but not limited to: <br /> (a) The creation of a parcel that did not previously exist as a separate buildable lot; <br /> (b) The alteration of a parcel in a way that enables development that was not <br /> previously possible:or <br /> (c) The reconfiguration of parcel boundaries effectively creates a new development <br /> is te. <br /> For all substantive boundary line adjustments involving parcels that do not have recorded <br /> soil loge site evaluations,or proof of adequate water supply,both a valid site evaluation <br /> and documentation of adequate water supply shall be submitted and approved by the <br /> Kittitas County Public Health Department prior to approval of the boundary line <br /> adjustment.
