f!*D*ur*r,KITTITAS COUNTY CEMPt frATTAGEfrIETITVntttrascouvfY <br />Promulgation <br />This Kittitas County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan dated December 2024 is hereby <br />adopted thisl,hl-{} day of D.dtWtr 2025, as the official plan providing emergency services when <br />protection of life, property, 5ild thdlenvironment cannot be accomplished as a normal daily function of <br />ihe local governments of: Kittitas County, and the incorporated citiesitowns of Cle Elum, South Cle <br />Elum, Roslyn, Ellensburg, and Kittitas. <br />This CEMP meets the requirements of RCW 38.52.070 and the criteria of WAC 118-30-060 and has <br />been reviewed by the Washington State Emergency Management Division to ensure its conformity to <br />applicable regulatory requirements and standards of Federal and State agencies, as well as for its <br />usefulness in practice. The CEMP is intended as a comprehensive framework for countywide <br />preparedness in the prevention, protection, mitigation, response, and recovery mission areas. <br />The Kittitas County Sheriff's Office Division of Emergency Management is responsible for coordinating <br />required. <br />We, the undersigned legislative authorities of Kittitas County and the participating cities and towns, and <br />members of the Kittitas County Emergency Services Council, do hereby promulgate the Kittitas County <br />Comprehensive Emergency Management Basic Plan and attached annexes and appendixes.
