5. Are there any other pending applications or issues associated with this property? <br />Yes, a building permit, a septic tank permit and cistern permit. No other issues that we <br />know of —we have completed our firewising. <br />Given that Fire District 7 will not be obligated to respond to a fire on the property as we <br />understand it, we will be discussing with DNR about responding to fire on the property. <br />We also understand informally that, previous to our firewising, the biomass was so <br />thick, that they would not have come on to fight any fire. Now they have access from <br />multiple directions, including our driveway to a firewised property to fight fires both on <br />the property and that may be on or threatening the Community Forest. <br />We appreciate your consideration of this request.
