EXHI [Arr <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Pursuant to any and all state legal requirements and regulations, the Contractor will <br />supply the services detailed in full in Exhibit rrD" to which includes supporting <br />attachments: Attachment A, Attachment B, and Attachment C' <br />The Contractor shall not deviate from this scope of work without a change order <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director. Additional services provided by the <br />Contractor including, but not limited to, costly repairs or connection services, are not <br />contemplated by this agreement and the County assumes no responsibility for such <br />work. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 14
