The approval is granted based on the site specific land <br />application plan dated April 2025 and in accordance with WAC 173-308-270, septage land <br />applied to the land. <br />Approval Summary <br />• Site Location: sites D-A and D-B, with existing active 2024 winter seeded winter wheat <br />seedlings, and recently added new sites E-A. E-B, and E-C, with the active mixture of <br />native vegetation growing (Site Map attached). <br />• Approved Application Area: Sites D-A (6.2 acres) and D-B (6.2 acres), Sites E-A (7.0 <br />acres). E-B (4.8 acres), and E-C (5.7 acres). <br />• Application Window: As soon as possible. <br />• Application Frequency: Single event. <br />Approved Agronomic Rates <br />Based on soil test results of sites dated May 9, 2025, and microgeon needs of winter wheat (81 <br />lbs N/acre/year, with an estimated target grain yield of 30 bushels/acre) (source, WSU extension <br />publication), and 39.5 lbs N/acre/year of the mixture of the native vegetation (source, a local <br />
