BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO.2023- 1 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF THE JULY 15, 2021, CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM CONTRACT WITH HOPESOURCE <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and HopeSource, a 502c(3) private non-profit organization, <br />entered into a contract for a Capital Improvement Project on July 15, 2021. <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Hopesource desire to amend the terms of that contract. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Kittitas County Board of County <br />Commissioners authorizes execution of the attached contract amendment with <br />HopeSource, all other terms and conditions of the July 15, 2021, agreement <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />DATED this 21 -dW day of E&V , 2023, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITT)`IYA}4 COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />c[]]11� f .
