<br />2025-05-15 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br /> <br />6. Union Negotiation and Contract Impacts (Discussion) <br />Zack DeHaven gave a summary of the final financial impact of Union Contracts for 2025. <br />Tabled data presented the impacts of all seven contracts on the County’s Budget. <br /> <br />7. Final Preliminary Review of Budget Amendments (Discussion) <br />Zack DeHaven outlined the proposed budget amendments. This was for discussion purposes <br />only, if approved these amendments will be presented on the next consent agenda to schedule a <br />public hearing. The Board had no objections. <br />8. Review and Certification of the County’s Capital Assets (Decision) <br />After reviewing the final Capital Asset Schedules, Zack DeHaven recommends the County <br />Commissioners to approve and sign the County’s Capital Assets Certificate. <br />Commissioner Wright makes a motion to sign the Certificate of the Couty’s Capital Assets. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith seconded the motion and passed unanimously. <br />9. TV District (Discussion) <br />Amy Cziske presented the TV District Financials and stated how much work it is for the <br />Treasurers staff. Discussion of dissolving the district was had. Commissioner Wright would like <br />to wait and see how the new Broadband service impacts the TV services. A meeting with the <br />district will follow. <br />10.
