This event will take place in downtown Ellensburg on Pearl Street on August 23-24. Set against the backdrop of ihe historic Ellensburg downtown on Pearl Street, the Rodeo City Ribfest is a premier event that celebrates the artistry of barbecue, wiih a special focus on ribs and live fire grilling iechniques. By offering a culinary counterpad to the rodeo's athletic spectacle, the event aims to attract a diverse group of participants and spectators, enhancing the overall rodeo experience. We plan on having 25 PNW BBQ competition teams (coming from Washington. Oregon. ldaho and California) at this years event, The average team has three people on there team. With every team that comes. PNWBA will provide a certified judge for the competition. So the estimated out of town team and judge participation is 75 to 100 people.
