Reporting requirements of your events will be required on prescribed forms from the County <br />Auditor. <br />Contractor is eligible to claim reimbursement for the following items and amounts only <br />o DigitaUStreamingMarketing <br />r Extreme Sports lnsurance <br />r Equipment rentals (such as: snow removal, grooming, dirt work, etc) <br />o Emergency Standby Services <br />r Events Supplies <br />r Announcer Fee <br />r SocialMediaDevelopment <br />r Ad Production-advertising/marketing <br />r Live Timing-Race Analytics system <br />r Print Marketing <br />o RadioAdvertising/Production <br />o Videography/PhotographyServices <br />o Speaker/AV Rental <br />o DJ/Music Services <br />o Arena Rental/Venue Rental <br />f. Contractor is not eligible to claim reimbursement for any items not listed in Section 2 (e) and <br />is further expressly denied funding for the following items as requested in the application as <br />defined in Section 1(a): N/A <br />g.
