GENERAL CONDTflONS 1. $oone of Gontfiactofs $eruices: Contractor agrees to pnrvide to the County servicos and any matedals set forth in the project narratlveldentified in Exhibit'W'duilngtheAgreementperlod. Definitions:4.1 'Additional lnsureds" means the County, lts swcessors and assigns, and tho respective directors, offlcers, employees, agents and representatives uf the County and lts sucoessot€ and assigns.4.2 "$upporf' means the following: Contractor's direcbrs, officerc, employees, agents and representat[ves; and sub-Contractors of any tlel; the respective dlrectors, officers, employeas, agents and repreeentatives of these sub Oontractors of any tie6 and any other person or entity actlng under the dhection or oontrol of, or on behatf of, Contrac-tor or any Contractor's sub- Contraotors of any tier in connectlon wlth or incident to the performance of flre Work orthis Agreement.4.3 The "Work'mesn$ allof the duties listed in Exhibit A and the performance of all other obligations, undor this Agrcement by Contrac'tor or its Support. 5. Where Exhibit "8" requires payments bytho County, paymentshallbe based upon billlngs, supported unless othorwiss providod in Exhlblt "B", by documentation of units of work actually performed and amounts earned, including where appropriate, the actual numberof daysworked each month, total numberof hours forthe montfl, and the totaldollar payment requested. Unless speclfioally stated in Exhibit "Bu or approved in writing in advance by the Kittitat County Board of Commlsoionere, the Countywill not reimburse the Contractor for any costs or expenses incurred by the Contractor in performance of thls Agreernent. Whore requlred, the Gounty shall, upon reoelpt of approprlate doanmentation, compensate the Contractor, no more often than monthly, through the County voucher systerl, for the Contractor's service purtuant to the fee schedule set forth ln Exhiblt "8".
