RegulAtlonsgnd .Requl!:emont: <br />Thin Agreement shall be subject to all laws, rules and regulations of the United States of <br />America, and State of Washington, and polltical subdivisions of ftre Stale of Washington, <br />and to any other provlslons set forth herein or ln the attaohed exhiblts. <br />1 1. Right to Revlsw: <br />This c:onlract is subject to rcview by any Federal or State auditor. The County or lts designee <br />shall have the dght to revlew and monltor the llnsnclal and service components of this <br />program bywhatever means are deemed expedlent bythe County. $uch rovlew may occur <br />w'ft or wlthout notlceo and may lnclude, but is not limited to, on-site lnspection by County <br />agents or employees, inspoction of all reoords or other materlals which the County deems <br />pertlnent to the Agreement and lts performance, and any and all oommunications with or <br />evaluatlon by service recipients under thls Agreement. The Gontnac'tor shall preserve and <br />maintain all financlal nocords and records relating to the perfonnance of work under this <br />Agreement br 6 years after contract termination, and shall make them available for such <br />review, within Kittitas Gounty, $tate of Washington, upon request. <br />12, Modifiqations: <br />12.1 Either party may request changes ln the Agrcemenl Any and all agreed <br />modifications shall be in writing, slgned by each of the parties. <br />12.2 The County may, at anytime, by wrltten notice thereof to Contractor ("Change <br />Notice") makes changes in the Work wlthln the general scope of this <br />{grcement, inoluding, but not llrnlted to: (a) changos in, revisions to, <br />substltutions for, additbns to or deletlons of any Work; (b) changes in <br />schedule; and (c) acceleration, decoleration orsuspenslon of performance of <br />anyWork. <br />12.3 lf any change ln the Work causes an increase or decrease on Gontractor's <br />cost of, or the time reguired for, performance of the Wo*, an equitable <br />adJustment ln the compensation to Contractor and in the sohedule for the <br />performance of the Work shall be made to reflect such an -increase or <br />decrease. <br />12,4 Notwlthetandlng any dispute or delay ln arrlving at a mutuall5r acceptable <br />equitable adjustment, Conffactor shall prrrceod ln accordanoe with all Change <br />Notices.
