GENERAL CONDITION$ 1. Accountins and Pav_ment for Cp.ntnaotor$ervices: Payrnent to the Contrac{orfor serulces rendered underthie Agruement shall be as setforth in Exhiblt "8". Whel€ Exhibit "8" requires payments by the County, payment shall be based upon bllllngs, supported unless otherwise provided in Exhibit "8", by documentation of unlts of work aclually pertormed and amounts earned, lncluding where appropriate, the actual numberof daysworked each month, totalnumberof hoursforthe month, andthetotaldollar payrnent requested. Unless speoifioally etated in Exhlbit "Bo or approved in writing in advance by the Kittitas County Board of Gornmlssioners, the County will not reimburse the Contractor for any costs or expenses incured by the Contractor in performance of this Agreement Where requlred, the County shall, upon receiptof appruprlate documontation, compensale the Contractor, no more often than monthly, through the Gounty voucher systern, for the Contractor's servlce pursuant to the fee schedule set forth ln Exhlbit "B".
