Such pollcy shall prnvlde <br />the following mlnlmum coverage:r $ peroccurenco <br />I Umbrella Covernsq <br />Umbrella pollcios shall provlde coverage at least as hroad as spbcified for <br />underlying coverages (CGL, Auto, Employeds Llability) and coverthose insured in <br />the underlylng policles, including addltlonal lnsured.r Amount required forthis Agrooment $ <br />Contractor ehall furnish the County a Certlflcate of Insurance to include the Pollcy <br />Endorsements/Exclusion$ as evidence that policles providing lnsurance requlrcd by this <br />Agreoment are ln fult force and etfect. Contractor hereby waives all rights of recourso, <br />including any right to which anotlrer may be subrogated, agalnst Kittitas County for <br />personal injury, lncludlng death, and property damage, ContractoCs insuranco policies <br />required above shall be prlrnary insurance and shall he non.contributing wlth any <br />othor insurance rnalntained hy Kittltas Gounty. <br />The Contractor shall a$$ume full responslbillty for all loss or damage from any cau$e <br />whatsoever to any tools, ContractoCs employeeowned tools, machinery, equipment, or <br />motor vehicles owned or rented by the Contractor, or the Gontractor's agents, suppliers <br />or contractors as well as to any temporary structuros, scaffolding and protective fences. <br />The Contractor shall have sole responslbility for ensuring the insuranco covsrage and <br />limlts requlred are obtslned by subcontractors. <br />Professlonal Sorvlces Agreement (rev, 0912412018) <br />PagelTof{B
