Additional portable toilets will be provided at accessible <br />aid stations. Hand washing stations will be provided near portable toilets. <br />Adequate Solid Waste Plan provided: Garbage and recycling will be collected & <br />disposed of by the applicant. <br />lf the information stated in the application by Erik Olson is true, accurate, and there is stewardship in <br />following through with such statements then the applicant, Erik Olson, has at this time met all the <br />requirements of the Kittitas County Public Health Department including: <br />Food permit no later than 14 business days prior to the event: No food served at <br />the event; no permit required. Riders are expected to be completely self-sufficient <br />with enough food, water, navigational aids, and repair capabilities to complete <br />their chosen course.
