is free to remove it, charge LICENSEE for such removal, and dispose of it (should <br />LICENSEE not then take it) however the COUNTY sees fit. <br />Item 10. is added as follows: <br />10. All permitting required, such as but not limited to cultural resource evaluation, wetland <br />study and mitigation, are the responsibility of the LICENSEE. LICENSEE to include <br />Kittitas County Public Works on their efforts to obtain necessary permits for work in the <br />license area. <br />Item 11. is added as follows: <br />11. This agreement allows for the work of the LICENSEE to occur on parcels previously <br />described. COUNTY to review and approve all design plans for this road. Construction <br />is responsibility of the LICENSEE, subject to COUNTY inspections and approvals. Prior <br />to construction COUNTY review and approval of road plans is required. Upon final <br />acceptance by Public Works, the LICENSEE shall request the roadway become public <br />and part of the public road network. <br />Item 12. is added as follows: <br />12. Inspection of road construction within the County portion will be done by County staff to <br />ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications and requirements. Cost of <br />inspection will be paid for by the LICENSEE. Upon completion of the project the <br />COUNTY will submit an invoice to the LICENSEE for the required inspection. <br />Item 13 is added as follows: <br />13.
