At the conclusion of this initial phase, <br />Kittitas County representatives will have the option to have our A/E team <br />continue with the remaining work or to hold until a future date as needed. <br />The Phase 1 deliverables will include the following: <br />A. Re -starting the project: <br />1. Updating existing files to current software <br />2. Re -visiting code compliance for previous work completed <br />3. Project Budget <br />4. Appendix: Room Data Sheets, Interview Notes <br />B. Scoping the project to fit your new budget: <br />1. Site Planning <br />2. Floor planning <br />3. Cost Estimate Update <br />4.
