EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor agrees to provide rental <br />assistance, case management, and connection to support services to an average of 37 <br />Kittitas County seniors annually. <br />Participants must be a resident of Kittitas County, 65 years of age and older, at 50% Area <br />Median Income (AMI) or below, and who otherwise cannot pay for or are struggling to pay <br />for their rent. <br />The Contractor will work with each client toward the goal of fully utilizing community <br />resources and transitioning into permanent subsidized housing environments. <br />Kittitas County Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 15 of 20 <br />
