The Contractor shall have sole responsibility for ensuring the insurance coverage and <br />limits required are obtained by subcontractors. <br />NOTE: No contract shall form until and unless a copy of the Certificate of <br />Insurance with Endorsements/Exclusions, properly completed and in the amount <br />required, is attached hereto. <br />Failure of the Contractor to fully comply with the above insurance requirements during <br />the term of the Agreement shall be considered a material breach of contract and cause <br />for immediate termination of the Agreement at the County's discretion. Alternatively, the <br />County may procure and maintain, at the Contractor's sole expense, insurance to the <br />extent deemed proper up to the amount of the required coverage(s).
