an extension of one year to allow for construction to occur. An addendum is proposed to <br />extend the license agreement term. Additional revisions are proposed to clarify <br />responsibilities around the development of the roadway. For example, the City of <br />Ellensburg standard is for roads in developments to be public. The County requires a <br />petition for the road to become public. The original license agreement did not <br />contemplate the requirements for a public versus private roadway. In addition, there is a <br />boundary parcel approximately 10 feet in width on the southern boundary of the airport <br />property. Extending Beech Road would need to cross this parcel which was not included <br />in the original license. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Cost of development is the responsibility of the developer. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Exhibit A — Location Map <br />
